Dr. Lillian Gilbreth’s Doctoral Dissertation
In the summer and fall of 2019, I started a research project to publish Dr. Lillian Gilbreth’s 1915 doctoral dissertation, which includes my analysis and commentary on her work. You can read the interesting backstory to this project here. It was part of my longstanding interest in management history.
As a result of the research and subsequent publication of her doctoral dissertation, I created a presentation which I gave a few times at various conferences
